Where Women Like You Get Small Business Grants

Who is WomensNet?

WomensNet was created to help women achieve their dreams. We offer free tips on how to get a grant, offer our own monthly grant, and discuss encouraging stories of woman entrepreneurs just like you.

What is An Amber Grant?

Amber Grants began in 1998 in honor of Amber Wigdahl, who died before fulfilling her dreams. Each month we award an Amber Grant of $10,000, and one of our 12 monthly recipients receives an additional $25,000 Amber Grant.

About WomensNet

Are you searching for grants for women in business? Truthfully, there aren't too many places that offer small business grants for women entrepreneurs. But we're one of the few who do.

WomensNet has been offering grants for women business owners since 1998. We call them "Amber Grants" named after the sister of the woman who founded WomensNet.

Our Amber Grants aren't like grants from fancy foundations or government. You don't have to go through a ton of paperwork to apply. And, of course, you never have to repay the money.

All we ask is that winners "pay it forward" someday to like-minded women who might be starting out in business.
