Young Playwrights' Theater

Woman Entrepreneur:
Brenna Hill

We’re excited to announce the fourth and final $10,000 Non-profit Grant recipient of 2023. Congratulations to Brenna Hill, Development Director at the Young Playwrights’ Theater in Washington DC.

Because everyone deserves high-quality theater education that centers their voices, Young Playwrights’ Theater (YPT) provides opportunities for young artists to develop and share their stories. Annually, YPT’s in-school and out-of-school programs guide 650 DC-area youth, ages 8-24, to write original plays, which are then performed by professional actors.
