Chelsea Ragan is an illustrator and artist that makes colorful handmade paper-cut collages that share moments of joy. You may have seen one of her cards at your own Trader Joe’s! Based in Black Mountain, North Carolina, Chelsea spends her days as a freelancer sketching, painting and cutting paper in the playroom/office combination she shares with her daughter. ​​​​​​​​

Chelsea hopes to use her $2,000 grant to allow her to buy a printer and finish building her own studio.
